ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and associates in main office. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Base + uncapped commission + bonuses
This role is not for people who wait for work to fall into their lap.We are a well-established State Farm insurance agency looking for 2 high-performing producers who wants to be paid based on results—not time spent in a chair.If you are self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable making outbound calls, this could be one of the highest-paying opportunities in our market.

What you’ll do daily
- Quote and present auto, home, life and related insurance products
- Make +150 outbound follow-up and prospecting calls daily
- Maintain organized pipelines and follow-up schedules
- Ask for referrals as part of normal client service
- Participate in weekly, number-based performance reviews
- Service assigned accounts professionally and consistently
- Track activity and results
